Krista Cain of Sweetwater Doula provides skillful guidance in birth and death experiences. Krista helps clients balance the intensities and paradoxes that arise at life’s beginnings and endings with tenderness and grit. She’s known for her depth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, contagious authenticity, and capacity to honor each person’s unique story as it unfolds. Special focus: child loss, LGBTQ community, complex trauma, death as rite-of-passage. Outside of work, Krista enjoys laughter with friends and family, board games & puzzles, doing DIY projects around the house, and experiencing the beauty of nature throughout the year.
